103. Ohhhh Torchwood fandom. I miss the show (srsly, it should come back nao) but not the weird things fandom clings to.

110. I CANNOT STAND THAT MAN. The way he screams at the camera just makes me want to punch him in the face. Ugh.

116. It's true. My friends bring it up constantly, because I told them I'd never seen it. And they keep trying to get me to go to live showings. I wish I'd had the sense to lie.

121. Spongebob used to be my favorite thing ever. I still watch it occasionally, mostly when my old favorites are on. I don't like the new ones as much.

O.o When was the "nightingale" thing?

Ianto icons are always necessary.

Jack said it once in the episode where Martha left Torchwood, once in the radio play, and I think maybe in one of the books, but I haven't read those. I don't even know where it came from though... it's not like she's canonically a great singer or something.

Oh definitely. Even the way they set up the episodes has changed now. The jokes aren't as good, either.

It doesn't even make me laugh anymore. *sadness* I can tell you what happened- the folks over at Nickelodeon got greedy and lazy. Now they sacrifice quality for quantity because they know the kids won't notice. Speaking as someone who liked the show for how clever it was, it upsets me. Then again, the show's target demographic probably wasn't 20-somethings...

I know what you mean. What I really loved about the show when it started (I was like, ten, but you know...) was that it had its fair share of stupid humor, but it was also really witty. I hate when shows treat kids like they're stupid.
