144) It will always suck (shitty art, shitty story, shitty humor, manages to make history boring and most fans only in it for the godawful pseudo-moe and yaoi), but it's ok to like stuff that sucks, you know? Or Twilight wouldn't be such a big thing. :) I do hate Hetalia (haven't made any secrets though...) but you shouldn't feel bad about liking something just because most people consider it to be shit.

180) Did they ever give a reason for changing all the kids to white in the live action? I can't even understand the logic, if white kids are willing to watch kids of color on the TV, why not in a movie? It's one thing I really don't understand.

180. That's what I've been unable to understand as well. It only follows that not caring if the kids are ethnic on televisions means they wouldn't care if the kids were ethnic in movies. I personally see it as yet another of Hollywood's whitewashing which is why I'm fighting against it at AAW.

144. Most people don't consider Hetalia shit. In fact, most people haven't heard of Hetalia and will probably never be exposed to it. What is it about fandom that makes people think a very large majority of the population is aware of it? They aren't.

When people say "most people" think this or that about any given video game or movie or tv show, they mean most people who have seen it. HTH.
