Lidia Franco, a costar of Adam Driver's from the movie The Man Who Killed Don Quixote, gave a recent interview (in Portuguese so there was an English translation issue) and claimed AD assaulted her with a chair on set, had staff fired for looking at him, and called him "a very bad person". This was a 76 year old woman so the assault accusation was especially concerning, and after the interview blew up on the internet she admitted that what actually happened was during the filming of a scene, AD jumped out of his chair suddenly and bumped into her chair, and she had a problem with that. Then multiple people who worked on the movie came forward said no one had been fired and there was no "do not look at Adam Driver" order, people were simply asked not to take photographs or interfere with the actors, something that is standard on every movie set.

She has since clarified her statements and apologized for any confusion. Here's an article about it:

Holy moly. That is a huge leap from 'bumped into my chair' to 'assaulted me with a chair'...
