So I finally took it upon myself to create

hetalia_secrets. The only problem is, I'm not involved in this fandom at all, at least not right now. If you're part of the Hetalia fandom and you're interested in being a mod, read more here (http://community.livejournal.com/hetalia_secrets/263.html).

I doubt it will be used. Most of the haters are outside of the fandom because why would they be in the fandom if they're so offended? They probably want the bigger soapbox that is F!S to talk about how outraged they are and drum up more hate for the series that they don't read. What's the point of being righteously indignant at fans of the series who already like it?

That may certainly be true. But it's a popular fandom, and many people around here were calling for it anyway. Besides, you never know if many of them actually ARE in the fandom.

Eh, at least I tried. :-)

I would be glad if only secrets about "dislike or love Hetalia : WHY/WHY NOT" are posted here.
I mean, there sometimes are interesting (and actual) secrets related to Hetalia, which have to be considered like any other secrets posted there. (like the Joan of Arc/France secret from yesterday secret post)

LOLOL, I'm lurking here to see how it's funny, and how people takes this too seriously. I mean, this kind of things would never happen in France...
I don't feel anything about Hetalia secrets now. Whenever I see one, if it's a "I LOVE BECAUSE/I HATE BECAUSE" my mind just goes blank, then I just look for normal secrets about Hetalia (since that Joan of Arc one)

Well, I actually have to say that at first I got angry about them (lol my post on the journal), but after a while ngh, I just read them and then go on. I saw a lot of secrets with the same meaning but with different words, so. D:

I love that show so much! I really need to get back into watching it, though.

Wow, that was pretty pointless. Hetalia will stop invading f!s like the Dark Knight and Harry Potter and such did. This is how f!s works. It's pointless to create another secrets comm for a fandom, since when the fandom's spotlight dies out, the comm dies out. So yeah.

You certainly have a point, and yeah, I'm pretty sure the hoopla will die down eventually. But with the anime coming out soon, I'm sure that's bound to bring in some new fans, so in the end you never know.

Oh, aye. It's better than just sitting around, complaining, and pretending that it's actually a LOLSERIOUS PROBLEM. This is the internet. This isn't you having your own anime cancelled because lots of people turned out to be offended. This isn't quite as serious. (Poor guy, tho. ;_;)
