News flash, slim. Just 'cause you drew a picture, that doesn't mean you're entitled to anything. It's up to you to actually draw something that appeals to someone, or else accept the fact that no-one's going to give a damn but you. The internet isn't your parents' refridgerator.

Not the OP, but I don't get the point of this comment. You don't even refute the fact that the furry fandom is full of fucking perverted old dudes. Heaven forbid someone would like to draw anthropomorphic characters doing something other than hermaphroditic sex.

This is a large chunk of the reason why furries get the reputation that they do. I am one of many artists that got sick of the perversion and left. You can't even DRAW gen-art in the furry fandom without having people harassing you for dicks and tits and fetish art.

In my personal experience, the vast majority of the furry fandom is made up of males somewhere between their mid-teens and early twenties. I didn't mention that because, even assuming my personal experiences are atypical, I didn't see how age was even remotely pertinant. People want porn. The United States spends enough money on porn a year to easily pay off the collective national debts of sub-saharan africa, and this is not at all disproportionate. Whatever age, race, nationality or religion, people want porn.

To be honest, though, I'm just bitter. I was online before the lulz and the social networking and before fucking Deviant Art. I associate artists with the on-going retardification of the internet, and consequentially have very little sympathy for them. It's possible that I'm being unfair.
