It's a misunderstanding (a putatively humorous misunderstanding but I think one that genuinely cuts to a way in which many people really think) of how definitions work

Definitions aren't lines in reality; definitions are convenient ready-to-hand mental categories that human beings fit things into based on language that we invent

Pop-tarts aren't ravioli because it would be fatuous to call them ravioli. You don't have to define 'ravioli' more neatly to exclude pop tarts; it's not worth the bother.
