I didn't post the comment, but I thought you might want an answer. The icon is from Dirty Sexy Money. It was a TV show, but got canceled. :(

Thank you! This is the second time I've seen something from that show (probably that preacher man in an icon *forehead smack*) that's made inquire after it. It's fate: I must find it now somehow.

The character is from the ABC show Dirty Sexy Money (which... may be cancelled? I can't remember, I don't really watch TV any more.) The icon itself was made by allfireburns, who makes some beautiful icons.
