Like everyone else, I read this and automatically went: "Jesus, how fucking conceited can you be?" But after some good thinking on it, as well as reading all the other responses, I kind of realize that this is a secret comm and it's almost admirable that people can be brutally honest, as ugly and selfish as that honesty may be. (After all, people, the point of a secret-sending-in-service is for people to be able to be honest. If you scare honesty away, then what's the fun of a secret-comm anymore? It'll be washed-out. :( That was the fun of PostSecret in the first place--no one ever gave feedback on secrets, so people were able to send in terrible, shameful things without being directly judged.)

I know that there are some incredibly ugly fandom-related truths about myself that I want to get off my chest very badly, but am afraid of posting because I know my friends watch this comm and might recognize the similarities. :( So I can kind of sympathize with your secret's situation, if not the sentiment. Because seriously, prettiest girl in fandom? What the fuck?

Then again, that's not half as bad as some of my secrets that I'll never find the courage to post, so perhaps I shouldn't talk.

Anyway, after my tl;dr ramble, my point is: Things have been getting way mean lately. Ease up, people--even on the seemingly retarded. :(
