He doesn't even speak or do much, AT ALL. But just seeing him in random panels is so awesome, I still keep reading the fluffy-uffy shoujo in hopes that he get officially introduced one day.

Just because of that, I think the mangaka might be an Avatar fan. I mean, I don't see delinquents going around tatooing arrows on their heads in any other manga I've read. XD
