Like they have fair expectations and always try to figure out where the line is between too hands on or not hands on enough. And I LOVE when adults mess up and can own up to the kids they failed. And this may sound stupid but I love seeing hugs and general positive encouragement (please have Johnny Lawrence give out more hugs to his students, Cobra Kai).
