I was with you until the rape mention. Angelus was a killer, not a rapist. Unfortunately, Spike did sexually assault Buffy. Your headcanons don't override that.

There is absolutely no way that Angelus didn't rape people. Nothing can convince me otherwise. But I don't think that is something particular to him. I think that any creature that doesn't have a conscience, enjoys violence, and chases pleasure will find rape to be something to pursue.

I mean, there was Dru. Angelus psychologically and physically tortured a virgin nun, broke her, killed her, turned her, and used her for sex. So. He's also directly threatened rape a few times on Angel. I don't think we've actually seen him rape on screen, but given that he's a soulless serial killer with a taste of 'artistic' torture and given his breakdown of and sexual behaviour with Drusilla ... I'm pretty sure Angelus is very much a serial killer AND a rapist. There is literally no evil or deviant behaviour that Angelus has not at some point at least contemplated, and 200 years on he probably has gotten around to committing most of them as well.
