Any Tolkien adaptions that are actually good, though honestly I think the Silmarillion is better suited to tv. Super excited about the Second Age tv show from Amazon.

I'm still bitter that my favorite Narnia book, The Magician's Nephew, has never been adapted.

Anything by Brandon Sanderson. The Mistborn books would make a great movie trilogy. The Stormlight books would be better for tv.

I know Eragon is cheesy and derivative, but I still like it and would like an actually good adaption.

Tigana or really anything by Guy Gavriel Kay.
