It's a ridiculous comparison because, one, this particular kind of online bad behavior is not at all distinctive to antis; and two, it's quite different from the real world violence of the alt right. What you are saying is just not a good basis for a comparison.

Alt right trolls make communities by joining together to bully others online, in the same way antis do. While the alt right are definitely worse IRL, online both groups have pretty similar targets (women, POC, anyone queer) and similar tactics.

Also the obsession with pedophilia and seeing it everywhere, even in places where it clearly isn't, is more than a little QAnonish. While I don't think they would actually take a gun to a pizza parlor that's been slandered as a child-sex-trafficking hub, they're just as likely to believe a bogus accusation of pedophilia as any MAGA Karen on Facebook.
