Same, OP. I watched the first 5 or so videos for Dessert Person and felt so guilty that I didn't enjoy them that much, but I just... didn't. And this isn't specific to Gourmet Makes/Claire either-- despite the nightmare that BA was behind the scenes, the channel was fun to watch in a way none of the former featured chefs have been on their own channels. (Save maybe Sohla on Babish, but she's not even appearing on there right now presumably due to her book deal.) I feel bad about it, but I've failed to keep interest with any of the secondary channels or appearances other places.
