every day. including washing my hair because it gets very greasy if I don't. plus I have to use shampoo specifically for oily hair, which can be hard to find. a lot of shampoo companies stopped making it. I don't know why. and, unfortunately, many of the ones that are left contain grapefruit and/or tea tree oil, which I really dislike the smell of.

Oh man I feel this so hard. My hair produces so much oil that it just gets nasty AF if I don't wash it every day.
