Re: Bathing question

Really depends. I don't sweat (I'm not sure if it's due to chronic dehydration because of my GI issues or there's something else because I never really sweated before those issues went nuts ten years ago either) so often I don't really feel a need, as long as I use general proper hygiene like wearing deodorant and washing my hands and so on.

But on the other hand since my body has issues regulating temperature (in summer, in part because I don't sweat), sitting in a hot or cool bath is a good way to warm me up or cool me down fast, so I sometimes take more than one per day just for that. Mostly to surround myself in the right temperature, and just wash whatever "problem areas" might need washing as needed, like my feet nearly always because I like sandals. But if temps are relatively ideal for me and I'm not running around the dirt paths at the nearby park, I sometimes don't think about it for a few days.

I don't sweat much either, and I pretty routinely drink 8 cups of water a day or more. I think some people just don't sweat much, for whatever genetic reason. My father doesn't sweat much either.
