the only anthropomorphized moles I can think of are in some of the Narnia books, Wind in the Willows and that one mole in the Butterfly Ball cartoon!

Brian Jacques has LOTS of Moles in his books. They speak in thick accents and fortunately do not have non con/dub con or incest.

In one book, they wield war hammers. That was fun. (Usually, they had slings. Sling moles!)

“Redwall” is the main series. There are dozens of them.
