What makes you think that you, an Eastern European, have the right to dictate to British people what race they are and aren't allowed to make people in their own fantasy epic?

They're right though. Modern Britain is ethnically diverse but still majority white. In Tolkien's time and the eras before that he was referencing, yeah virtually entirely white.

Eastern European anon is right on the money for every point they're making.

But the show isn't made in Tolkien's times. It's made by a modern studio, so perhaps it should reflect the landscape of modern Britian? What harm will come if it does, other than the fact that Eastern European anons here will have to suffer the horror of seeing a black face in their favourite (non-eastern european) canon?
