Also, the fact that you're from Hungaria made me bust out laughing in real life. I have a friend who's from there, and she has pretty much the same attitude (she also hits me if I don't call it Hungaria...)
131--Agreed. It's a cute way to satirize things slightly (my country of origin seems to take a lot of flack, in particular), but in no way does it reflect real life.
160--Honestly, the more heavyset cosplayers that typically get made fun of are just trying too hard more than anything else. Believe me, if the outfit is flattering on you, it will look good no matter what your body type is (I'm wearing a gothic aristocrat outfit to a convention this year, and I am NOT what you'd call skinny). Just don't try to wear something you know wouldn't flatter your figure. You'd be surprised at what you might find. Just wear what you like, and you should be fine!
