145. It's Umineko no Naku Koro ni, a game by 7th Expansion. They're famous for creating the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni franchise.

If you consider the "Human pinatas" in Episode 2 to be special, then yes. I'm curious to see how that is animated.

The series is (arguably) more violent than Higurashi, but I guess since it doesn't involve as many little girls (Only one! And I don't remember anything particularly gruesome happening to her in the games...), it doesn't squick people out as much.
