Yup. I haven't even tried to watch them. I've skipped over those episodes in my watching of Old Who.

Agreed. I really do wish a better animation studio would have done these lost episodes justice (looking at you Studio Mir. They would have done an excellent job).

Part of me is like "well, they did the best with what they had trying to blend the two things" yet at the same time I KNOW that there's way better animation than that, even with a budget. It really put me off giving those episodes a go because it just looks like minimal effort.

I'm sure at some point in the future someone is just going to attempt to straight up recreate the actual likeness of the actors for missing episodes.

I would love to see a recreation of the missing episodes! That was my first thought when I saw how David Bradley performed as the 1st doctors in a couple of episodes and for the docudrama about William Hartnell.
Would be great if they even tried to recreate the special effects from that era too lol.
