Re: What TV shows did you give up on?

Futurama - when it came back again and then again. I have never seen the "second" finale. It just wasn't the same anymore and I'm kinda bitter because the original series finale was great.

Agents of SHIELD - just lost interest and had too many episodes to catch up on so couldn't be bothered anymore. Until WandaVision I was pretty done on the MCU anyway.

Downton Abbey - I actually did watch this until the end of its original run but have zero interest in the film and if there's another series/film I won't be watching. The writing just got worse and there were few characters left who could help me get over the near hero-worship vibes of knowing your place that oozes out of that show. Julian Fellowes is NOT progressive.

Once Upon a Time - this show already had so much fucking creepy/rapey vibes that I don't know how I lasted long. But for some reason I kept watching even after Zelena disguised herself as another character, had sex with that character's husband, got pregnant by him and the show didn't exactly treat that as the epic grossness that it was. When they made her sympathetic with the Hades storyline I finally said "fuck this, I'm out" - and that's before I get to how ridiculous it was getting with finding ways to excuse Rumple/Gold for failing his latest redemption attempt AGAIN.

The Apprentice (UK) - this has run its course. It's just not interesting or entertaining anymore.

Rick and Morty - I'll be honest, I lasted one episode. Rick makes me too sick to even look at.
