Ooh those are good ones. Hank Scorpio was such a good villain. And the trip in the insanity peppers episode is one of the best things they ever did.

I'm a little sad Hank Scorpio was never heard from again but at the same time, it's better he wasn't as that adds to the story! Insanity peppers has a weaker final act but I forgive it for everything that comes before.

My husband just mentioned Homer Vs the City of New York and man that was a good episode too, even though it got taken off air for a few years for obvious reasons.

The monorail episode. Actually, basically any episode where Phil Hartman is involved, you can almost guarantee it's good.
