What is everyone doing this weekend?

We are doing our Easter stuff this weekend. We are just making some pasta and banana pudding. Not super exciting. Sunday, I am driving home then putting together my new computer chair.

Self care mostly. Had an awful job interview today (they turned out to have put up an inaccurate posting and to be looking for someone with a ton of employment immigration law experience even though they didn't say it on the posting), so need some me time. Also managed to pull something or other in my hip, and in quite a bit of pain.

So probably lots of cat time. Music playing. Sleeping. Hot baths. Relaxing. Sunday we're doing an Easter dinner from Whole Foods and marathoning season 1 of the Mandalorian on dvd.

That stinks. I hope all your self care helps you get over such a stressful interview.

I hope your food turns out delicious and you have a safe drive home.

I'm getting my second vaccine shot tomorrow! I'm not religious, so I'm not doing anything for Easter. I may go for a masked walk with my aunt, depending on how I feel after the shot--I only had a sore arm after the first one.

And I'll probably do some grocery shopping, gardening, and housecleaning. Maybe I'll even set up my embroidery machine and work on a cosplay project since conventions will probably be happening by the end of the year.

Part of me is hoping I'm brave enough to try a new game (I won't mention the name in case it might be obvious to anyone browsing F!S). Well, new to me. Someone tried to gift it to me a few months back with demands that I play it. Which, I know sounds really nice, but there's a history and I definitely wasn't yet ready for it, and made clear that I wasn't. And if there's anything I absolutely hate, it's someone trying to dictate my decisions, even in gaming. Fortunately, I sent it back and was able to buy it on my own when I was ready. Well, I guess it won't ruin the weekend if it doesn't work out. I've got other games, though I should probably spend less time in front of the computer either way.

Don't feel pressure to play a game that might stress you out too much. But if you do play it, I hope you have fun.

Thanks. I don't feel pressured and am fine playing something else, but there'll always be that awkwardness from sending back the gift. I've seen the game enough times and it looks fun. I was just waiting on a sale.

Gardening, studying korean... maybe writing Blaseball fanfic so I can get another part of my "Case Sports wasn't incinerated in Season 12" series of AUs up before the end of the current siesta (monday).

What kind of gardening are you doing?

it was weeding my main customer's garden.

Apparently getting up at 6:30am so I can watch the Tiger & Bunny 10th anniversary special premiere in Japanese... which I don't speak... but it was still fun, and the chat was hilarious because although I don't read Japanese very well either, a lot of it was just fangirls going "あああああああああああああ!!!!!!" XD

Don't have much else on the weekend agenda other than playing Pokemon Go (shiny Bunnelby and Mega Lopunny debut tomorrow!) and Animal Crossing (Bunny Day!) mostly from bed and cleaning bunny litterboxes (since I am a bunny person this is the best time of year. :D)... Sunday morning virtual church service as usual... go over the current WIP again and figure out if it's done... so now trying to figure out if I should try to get more sleep or just get up after maybe 4-5 hours sleep max. Not like I've been getting much more recently. :P

Thank you! And ugh, I forgot sometimes they don't let flower crowns evolve. Not sure what they're going to have the crowns on other than the Chansey line and presumably Pikachu though. I kinda got distracted by the bunny content. ;)

And I am so ready for Mega Lopunny. I already had two hundo Buneary, so I had evolved one some time ago, just needs leveling. :D
