Re: Easter dinner ideas?
"Put 2 TBSP butter and olive oil in pan on medium heat. Add one whole medium or small sized diced yellow onion. Sauté about 5 mins until soft and translucent. Add 4 cloves of chopped garlic. Sauté 1 minute. Add a 29 ounce can of tomato sauce. Drop heat to low and reduce for about 30-35 mins. Stir occasionally. Add one cup of heavy cream and stir in. Let sauce warm back up and then add shredded Parmesan. Not the grated kind! Add to taste but I think I used around half a cup. Once that is combined now add your spices if you need to. Salt, pepper, cayenne. Add to taste. I do this last because the ingredients have a bit of sodium and you don’t want it overly salty. Serve it up."
