#1: I used to do that, actually. ♥ I can understand.

#2: I laughed so hard at this; I think there was some explanation below? Either which-way, AMEN. ♥

#3: I agree. Not saying anything against people's rights, I just have a damn hard time reading and I really wish to not. Especially on messengers. Which is why I have Trillian, to kill all your colors and fonts. =D

#5: Ha! SG1 is a good series, so I'm told. To be frank, I'm much more into, say... House MD than I am anime. And I only watch him for the amusement of his wit. And assholishness.

#6: I don't know enough about other fandomers, but there is a reason I tend to think of fandom as fan's-R-dumb, because I admit I'm retarded enough to care, and that people get into bitchfits over... well, nothing. And hey! You may darn well be right. =D You might be more intelligent, and good on you, then. Still a geek, and part of TEH MASHES. SHES...SHES...shes...

#7: I empathize with you here. I feel the same way sometimes, which is maybe why I'm selectively vocal about what series I follow. (Like saying I'm coherent in Naruto, but not mentioning that I care more about and find more interest in, say, Island.)

#8: Is it bad my first question was, "Which canon?"

#9: I'm as guilty as the others for being all, "WOAH THEY HAVE AN IMBEDED VIDEO? GOSH NIFTY GEE!" XD *loses*

#11: Oh, I totally agree. I'm also biased to think many characters are not fleshed enough to stay interesting to me, but yes. Real men/boys don't measure up to fantasies. I suppose that's the definition of fantasy, but it's not something to dwell on. HENCEFORTH LET IT BE KNOWN I, SHADHAHVAR, AGREE WITH THIS AGREEANCE.

#12: Lol. ♥

5. Watch SG-1. In seasons 1-8, Richard Dean Anderson has a humour similar to House's. You might like it. :)

Awww, Cam's funny too. Just in a rather different way.

Oooh! Thank you for recc'ing specific seasons. =D I only ever caught bits of the series, though now I'm intruiged enough to rectify this problem. =D

No problem... Hey, it's what I do.

LOL I JUST QUOTED STARGATE. I feel so accomplished!<3

Thanks. I think it's most frustrating in RP, since it means that nobody ever knows my canons or cares about characters from them...

Oh yes! Mmm, I think what I need to start doing is having people link me to sources for their fandoms. Frankly, I just don't know how to or where to look for new series, and in RPs people playing unfamiliar characters make me interested in the series the characters derive from. I'm horrible, however, in getting myself to pony up and ask about the fandom itself, though.

I wouldn't think no one ever cares - though admittably, most probably wouldn't. If you have anything to recommend to me, though, I'd love to hear!

(Consequentially, I don't play characters from small fandoms. Most times. No one knows them, and when you get unified fandom cliques in multiverses, it's just hard to break boundaries with someone not conventionally "interesting.")
