Huh, that doesn't seem like the kind of a show where a character would die and come back.

It isn't. Gina didn't die, she was written off and made one reappearance following. I have no idea who the secret is referring to.

They didn't really, they had her hit by a bus at the end of a season but then brought her back for the next one.

But anon is right and I've just based this off the photo which thinking about it doesn't quite fit.
