Your not!secret selections almost seem random at this point. What on earth are the standards you judge them on? Is it just the poster's discretion? Cause that would make sense, but you're really not going by the rules you've stated.

What secrets are stated in the not!secrets?

I can't unsee it - has not been considered secrets for a while now (unless some other secret is also included along with it)
Where's the fandom? - not a secret
Too many fans are asexual - not a secret

It's not actually this post that prompted this comment, it was in a couple back (and I understand why it wasn't posted, it was pretty wanky), but I have seen secrets virtually identical to some posted here (177, 174 is just a fancy way of saying "can't unsee", 152, 135, 123 etc), marked as not!secrets. It really seems to be more of the poster's choice than anything else, which again, I would fully understand, but it is NOT as dry cut as the rules on the userinfo say.

Actually, 'can't unsee' doesn't tell anyone why or how they 'can't unsee' something, or whether they think they're similar, or -- 'can't unsee' is just not a secret. That's like putting "awesome" on a picture and submitting it as a secret, it doesn't work.

How is 152 NOT a secret? 135? 123?

What fandom is 139? The guy looks so familiar...
