I know a lot of people who have tried different drugs without affecting their health or getting addicted. For starters, stuff like LSD or psylocibin is not addictive. And marijuana is addictive kind of like how fast food is addictive. I know a lot of people who are upstanding citizens with jobs who pay rent that you would never suspect had ever tripped before, but they have.

I know some people have a problem with drugs, but some people have a problem with caffeine, or beer, or smoking cigarettes, or just eating too much junk food, or having too much sex. I think that's more of a mental incapacity than anything else.

And while I can understand where you're coming from, I don't think it's wise to tell other people to never choose something for themselves. For thing, I don't feel like it's my place to tell others what to do with their bodies, and second of all, it usually has the opposite effect (reverse psychology, kind of).

Okay, I can accept that people have done drugs without it seriously harming them--many people, I can believe that, but in general, it's better to go without than abuse it, you know? Marijuana, I know plenty people who do and have done it, but sometimes you go down a deep deep hole and it goes down the route of say heroin or crack and then you're fucked.

All I'm saying that yeah, you don't have to say that you CAN'T try it. But don't go around saying that it's not harmful, because it is. Maybe I just live in a bad area, but I know a father who has thrown his daughter on the street because of that shit and plenty of other things. I just don't want anybody thinking, "It's just a little, so it's OKAY. After all, I'm not a dumbfuck who listens to drug campaigns," because it's better safe than sorry. It doesn't just affect you, it affects the people around you. Am I wrong for saying DON'T DON'T DON'T because it's their body and their right? Maybe. And I can accept that, but I'm still going to say it's wrong anyways. I know I've helped a couple people by saying "no" after they took it a step too far, and hey, if it works for a couple, why not more?

Well, I did say "most drugs". I do believe crack, cocaine and herion are drugs that should definitely be avoided. But most people who smoke marijuana aren't going to drift to those other drugs.
