This is very much my feelings on the matter as well. Like, I'm not super squicked by hardcore monsterfucking, but it's very much not my scene. My personal taste is basically humanoids only. The humanoids can have add-ons of whatever kind. The humanoids can also have an alternate form that isn't humanoid. But for fucking purposes, the basic humanoid configuration is a necessity for me.
