They worked one in to Stargate Universe too, if I recall, with TJ.

Rather than hide the actor's pregnancy, her character was shot in the abdomen and, as such, the storyline ended there.

I thought SGU did a good job of handling the actress' pregnancy, yeah. She got to show during the series and they developed a plotline about the pregnancy but in the end, they didn't stick here with a kid (on a derelict ship in the middle of the far universe with barely enough food and supplies for people in general) for the rest of the show. Gave the character a plotline, a hook, and drama, without saddling the rest of the show with a baby.

Once Upon a Time did a decent job with Ginny Goodwin's pregnancy, writing it into the show and all, but they did saddle her (AND EVERY SINGLE OTHER STRAIGHT FEMALE CHARACTER) with a kid so less points for the overall show.
