Toys weren't my thing since I had my own computer from an early age. My family used to repair computers so we had a few spare ones.
I didn't have (but wanted to) two big ones - Furby and Polly Pocket. I only got to play videogames in emulators too. We weren't rich and my parents wanted me to study instead of work as a teen ; I had what they could afford. Not cosplay or manga or Sailor Moon toys. So yeah, I am now the kind of adult who keeps all of these in their bedroom. It's great to wake up to them everyday!
As for those I wanted and eventually got... IIRC aside from my first videogame device (a Gameboy Color!), one of those heads you could apply makeup on. It didn't live up to the hype because by then I was already playing Barbie Magic Hair Styler and it was much better, lol.
