I know of at least one case of a mother killing herself and her baby because they had eczema. So yes, I think it might be a little worse in terms of pressure.

But Dimitri's arc was that: to fuck up so he could find redemption and become a good king. He was a broken mess pretending to be fine until the whole FE shebangle happened.

CF suffered not only from being the shortest route but also from being the last one being written after everything was said and done. AM went for character development, VW went for story and that left CM with not much else to focus on.
