I didn't hate Anna as much as the rest of fandom seems to, and I definitely had my problems with Jo before she left, but I'll bet Jo's probably a hell of a lot more interesting now that she's moved away from her mother and gets to hunt all she wants. I wouldn't mind them bringing her back now at all.

She could have been an amazing character that they totally fucked up, lol. And I think they were planning on doing more with her but fandom got all up in arms and kripke gave in, because there's this whole thing on the supernaturalwiki where they had written her a blog and put all this effort into the character. And they actually had stuff going for her (like she had dated a hunter who vanished on a hunt) that could have been a really good basis for an interesting, complex character that they just dismissed as soon as she got good (born under a bad sign). Sorry, rant is rantish, lol.

But yeah they should totally have her come back because it would be awesome to see a Jo who had been hunting on her own for a few years now, could keep up with Sam and Dean and could probably add a nice dynamic to the show for a few episodes.
