I don’t think I’ve ever read a fantasy book where an adult marries a child, and I’d love to keep it that way.

I read the Xanth books as a kid for an official(!) school assignment. You're better off skipping it.

Wait, there’s actually an adult who marries a child in Xanth? I only remember lots of innuendo.

I can't remember the book exactly, but one of them features an adult king from another dimension who falls in love with a young teen (14?) girl. Piers Anthony was trying to make it seem like the world was so ignorant and mean-spirited for scorning their pure and chaste love, and how much it was a tragedy that they couldn't marry. Yes, I remember the bunch of innuendo though too.

Additionally a section at the end(?) of the Xanth series or maybe just one book in particular where a marriage does occur, and I swear even as a kid back then I already read fanfics that were better written. The ending resolution was just a character winning an argument BY YELLING IN CAPSLOCK LIKE THIS. THIS IS THE PEAK OF HEART-TO-HEART COMMUNICATION. SHOUTING DOWN DISSENTING OPINIONS AT THE TOP OF YOUR LUNGS IS A GOOD ENOUGH WAY TO RESOLVE ALL DOUBTS AND PLOT HOLES IN A SATISFYING MANNER, DON'T YOU KNOW? I still don't know why my English teacher had us read the books. Fanfic was better.

I remember the judge and the 14-year-old girl getting together in the Good+Evil books by Anthony which really squicked me out. I wasn't much older than the girl in question at the time I read it.

I'm so happy I stopped the Incarnations of Immortality after the one with the Judge and the girl who spent some time in an alternate dimension/world where time moved slower so she was "technically of age" and thus wasn't around for the book about Nox because the Judge one was a big yuck but that Nox book sounds like a HORROR SHOW.

Didn't you recommend a porn anime where a ten year old girl has a harem???

Given your other very dubious tastes, this is a weird damn thing to get on your high horse about.
