Re: How do you feel about cold leftovers of hot food?

I don't like cold soups. And if something has been cooked so that it makes a gel when it's cooled (like, say, if you slow-cook bone-in chicken in something and all the leeched out marrow makes it turn into an aspic when you put it in the fridge). Other than that bring on the cold leftovers.
