Sarah McLachlan's cover of "Blackbird," The Wallflowers' rendition of "I'm Lookin' Through You", Rufus Wainwright's "Across the Universe" (though the "Bonus" version on his Poses album is that much better for having orchestration), Ben Harper's "Strawberry Fields Forever", "Golden Slumbers" by Ben Folds...

I'm going to stop before I repeat the whole track listing. But generally, the whole soundtrack's amazing.
