You know, there is someone like that in every highschool: someone that is always up to date on every dirty going-on everywhere. He just just the status of this couple, something someone said about that chick, and then of course: "X likes Y, but is afraid to say it!"

And in your head you tell yourself, "Oh, everyone KNOWS X liked Y!" or you roll your eyes and go "Oh for crying out loud, they broke up again?!"

But so our gossipy friend grins. "Ah. But you don't know the half of it..." he'd start, reaching for something inside his jacket, "they broke up because he... would hit THAT," and, with perfect dramatic timing, he pulls out a picture of something from the animal kingdom.

Visually, it would be a slightly cliched Cool Kid that watches TOO much TV, doesn't have very good grades or any sort of merit, but everyone loves him anyway because he is a veritable source of fun in the dreary thing that is highschool life. Kind of like the class clown. I see it as being the sort of kid that wears shades to school, has gelled hair styled RIGHT in a way that lies in the frontier between smart and extremely dorky (and you really can't make up your mind as to which one it is), with a t-shirt under his school jacket that is (you guessed it!) either extremely awesome or extremely geeky. Your mileage may vary. Why do you hang out with someone like this? Because he called Harry Potter spoilers before the book was out, or even before they were out on the internet; because he makes up stories that are more interesting than real life; damn it, because he's always there: no matter what you want to know, he's approachable, he will smirk with friendly complicity at any of your questions and never shun you even if you're opinionated or sticking your nose into somebody else's business. You know you can't trust this guy either not to share YOUR secrets (in fact, you know he already has), but he's there to entertain you, and just for that noble, wonderful purpose. You have to love him for that.

He can be replaced with a girl easily, the only difference is she would look smarter and keep up appearances a little better, but you can find pictures of her doing silly things on Facebook.

In both cases they would be terrifying in social networks, and far less likable than in real life: trolls to a tee, they would be roaming those teen forums online, spreading rumors about everyone in attention-mongering ways. They would enjoy anonymity far too much, and probably have a nickname in this format:

(object or geographic point)+"girl"/"gal"/"dude"+(random number)

and so forth.

And I think I've gone full circle, humanizing Fandom Secrets and THEN putting them back on the internet. I'll go now.
