Wow, I have to say that I'm really dismayed at all the ageist comments I see about Adama/Roslin.

Personally, I get bored with how just about every canon couple on TV is in their 20s or 30s and hot and perfect-looking. SNORE. It's nice to see that a couple in their 50-60s can be hot for each other and have awesome sex. It makes me not so afraid of aging.

Yep. I think Mary McDonnell is 57, and Edward James Olmos is 62. And they are both FINE.

To me, they had the best romantic/antagonistic tension of any couple in the entire series. I don't really care about the others anymore. They're the only one's I actually care about now.

THIS. I don't even watch that show, but that cap looks adorable. Of course, I hardcore slash a pair of guys who are pushing 50 themselves. Frankly it's nice to see people that age actually enjoying life. I hope I can be that full of energy and vitality when I get older.
