Oh hello I recognize your username! You are one of those batshit fangirls going on and on about their ~radiant love~ and what a ~beautiful love story~ this is and the ~subtlety~ of the scene. Mate, two people, naked in a bed together? It's as subtle as bashing someone on the head. Quit fapping in generic BSG communities and keep it on your ship communities/own journal already.

Firstly, I will ignore the fact that you do not know me, and thus have no reason to call me batshit in the first place.

Secondly: I do keep it to my own journal. I've made sure that my friends and I have a safe haven that doesn't overflow into other communities/journals that don't want it. I rarely venture out into any of the BSG communities - and when I do, I make sure not to push any of my shipping or character tendencies on anyone. Your statement is completely without fact. I do apologize if I have offended you in any way that is outside of this conversation, because I do take steps to make sure I don't tread on any toes - I will keep an even closer eye on it in the future.

I truly do apologize that you have had such a negative experience involving this ship and its supporters. We don't mean for that to happen to anyone.

You are SO out of line here. You do not KNOW crazyvictoria and if you did? You'd realize just how out of line you are. That's what her journal is all about: a place where the shippers can flail and squee their asses off all they want without having fuckwads like you come in and judge them for supporting something they are passionate about.

I feel incredibly sorry that the Adama/Roslin ship bothers you, as I find it a thing of beauty, but the stereotype you're making on the entire ship and its fans is quite frankly fucking ridiculous.

And shall we talk about the tons of other ships within fandom? Kara/Lee, Kara/Sam, Kara/Leoben, Helo/Sharon, Ellen/Tigh, Caprica/Tigh...oh my GOD, the list goes on. I can't even name all of them. Each of these ships has their fair share of crazies, each of these ships has their fair share of people who carry on in public, generic communities. What gives? It's everyone's right. Obviously, if it was an issue, the mods of these generic communities would be doing something about it. But a ship is just part of fandom, yo. This is a factual statement as that cap will prove, as will many other storylines on BSG support the fact that one area of the show is about the characters and their relationships with each other.

I really wish you'd stop hiding behind your anonymous username. What a cowardly thing to do.
