I like light, dry wines like Italian pinot grigios, sparkling rosés, spritzers, and chardonnay that DOESN'T taste like Chateau 2x4. I tend to like beer from hot/warmer climates (Chang beer from Thailand, Corona and Modelo from Mexico, Tiger and Angkor beer from Cambodia, etc.), but I also love Guinness (especially with a good pub curry or fish and chips). I love most liqueurs, especially if they work well added to coffee (Cointreau, creme de cassis, Frangelico, etc.), but I also enjoy a digestif as well (B&B liqueur is a current favorite as is rose flower). I like a good port with a rich chocolate dessert, and ice cold limoncello on a warm summer evening. I don't like gin, or most hard liquor straight, but Irish coffee consisting of black coffee and Jameson whiskey is a favorite.
