I'm fairly "wait and see/it's not my business" about large but legal age-gaps IRL, and completely fine with them in fiction.

What I want from an age gap ship depends entirely on the ship. I don't want the same things from ship to ship just because of the age gap factor. But depth and nuance are definitely key to an age gap being written well, IMO. Depth and nuance are key to most things being written well, IMO.
