I feel your pain. We've had a steady stream of contractors giving estimates for things that need repairing in this new house. The big one is getting the porch screened in so the cat can be out there. We've had 3 estimates so far and are getting one more tomorrow.

I hope you can find a contractor that is affordable and get what you need taken care of.
