Well obviously not. I'll explain the secret to you: There are people who make racist jokes about the Chinese names - those people are assholes and need to be criticised.
But some people in this fandom really think it's already racist to not be able to properly pronounce the Liyue names or remember all of them immediately even though that's not actually racist. It's just difficult, as is pronouncing any of the German-esque words for all the voice actors in every dub. Which nobody seems to be bothered by.
