Lies My Teacher Told Me - by James Loewen Very engaging history of the US and why textbooks and school teachers don't teach most of it

Because Internet - by Gretchen McColloch It was interesting to have someone figure out that internet grammar actually has rules we all seemed to silently agree on

Because Internet looks really great. I've had Mary Roach's Stiff on my list for a while, so this might be the push I need to read it.
