I don't know how else to interpret OP. Maybe I'm being uncharitable, but BNHA is targeted at teen boys and OP is saying they're more interested in what's underneath so...I don't even know where to begin, but it sounds creepy as fuck.

I grabbed this off a GIS for “panty shot.” I had no idea panty shots existed in kids’ shows. I was thinking of those anime that have taglines like “The panties persuade you!” or “Winning the war on pants!”

Actually, is the “Winning the war on pants!” anime for adults or for kids? I’ve only seen a couple clips from it.
