I would've cut Hook from Once Upon a Time, or better, had Milah be Captain Hook because her worthless husband killed the only man she ever loved and abandoned her son (who she didn't want but feels guilty about abandoning herself.)

Killian could've showed up in Neverland anyway to help them because he's stuck in Neverland somehow and at the end of season 3 she could have to choose between returning to be with him/his ghost that can't leave, or stay with her son and the grandson she didn't know she had.

Robert Carlyle and Michael Raymond-James (and the actress who played Milah who we barely got to see) would've acted the shit out of that and I think Captain Swan would've been way more interesting, heh. More fucked up, because she's Neal's actual mother and not stepfather, but what's one more fucked up thing on OUAT?

Milah Hook could die saving Neal, and the season 7 AU (I stopped watching in season 3) could've still happened, just have that AU Hook be the Killian Jones that survived instead of Milah.
