Bought a big bag with a few of literally every flavor in the store and sampled them all over the next month.

Nicely done. I've managed to develop the self-control to do that, but my father has not. We bought a 150 piece box to split once, and his 75 were gone in five days. I was slightly scared for his digestive system.

I never got to try the holiday spice ones. They sound really good!

Hahah, to be fair, this was in the early stages of my GI issues coming back so I wasn't eating a whole lot anyway. I think the next year we went back and I got another bag and I pretty much ate a few truffles a day and not much else for awhile (I needed the calories anyway and at that point my doctor was like "okay look, eat ANYTHING if you can").

Both gingerbread and pumpkin spice truffles are pretty close, to be honest. If I hadn't already bought the holiday spice in years past and then bought like 3 bags so they'd last me until July, I probably wouldn't be sad about them disappearing, because those two would do well enough (though also seasonal, boooo). ;)
