I didn't care for her in season 2, either. But I'm a little offended on her behalf after the way they discarded her entire personality in favor of that retcon. And I'm a little bewildered by the people who defend her as being the best part of the season, after being the reason for such a horrible plot.

Eh, to each their own. But I do hate that they killed off a strong women character to make a man's story stronger, shortly after he slept with her.

eh, I have difficulty buying her as a strong character. Perhaps she could have been if they developed her season 2 personality. But she went from a vaguely sociopathic character to someone who was desperate for approval from Daddy, from Sylar. That version of Elle was not strong and that version of Elle just dragged down Sylar's plot.

Also I can't get upset at them killing off someone who was only signed on for a handful of episodes in the first place. And whose entire plot on the show was driven by her and ZQ's friendship and their desire to work together. Watching their scenes it just feels like they were trying to force an excuse for them to be together.

I'm going to say "....yes." I liked them together, but it did feel forced.
