TV Tropes says the main character gets vomited out three times in the first episode alone. If you don’t like vomiting, maybe skip this one.

I watched it for your same reason. Dragons!!!

It's not worth it, OP. The dragons are cute, but they are very much not the focus of this series. It's pretty much all about the human pilots, if the dragons had been, idk, giant flamingos who turned into airplanes I assure you the plot would be virtually unchanged.
